BUTTERMILK SHRIMP RECIPE
A basic yet delicious recipe for buttermilk prawn, with a crisp crust and juicy flesh.
- 300g of shrimp
- 2 tbsp of cornflour
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 2 pcs of chili pepper
- 6 pcs of curry leaf
- 3 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 300ml of evaporated milk
- Heat up a wok with oil, and add shrimp and cornflour in a small bowl then toss into the wok. Fry prawn until turns golden brown. Remove fried prawn from wok and set aside.
- Remove oil from the wok then add butter into the wok. Stir the butter until melting at medium heat.
- Then toss the chili pepper, curry leaf, sugar, salt, and milk in the wok to mix.
- When the mixture starts to boil add fried shrimp into the wok and stir-fry to combine everything.
- Ready to serve
