Try this easy cauliflower rice and you'd be surprised on how much it resembles the taste and texture of your regular rice!
1) Cut the cauliflower into pieces and get rid of the hard parts
2) Place the cauliflower in food processor and pulse till all is broken down. Remove any unprocessed pieces
3) Serve raw or cook it to make it more tender like rice. To cook, warm a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and stir in medium-heat till it reaches the tenderness you like.
4) You can eat it plain, as side dish or you can even make your favourite fried-rice with it! Nasi goreng kampung with cauliflower rice? Yes please!
