The HeroMarket Gift Card is a flexible gifting option suitable for family, friends, and corporate use. It’s ideal for employee rewards, incentives, promotions, special occasions, festive celebrations, contest giveaways, and customer appreciation.

• The Hero Gift Card is valid for one (1) transaction only and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, either in full or in part.  
• This Gift Card is valid at all HeroMarket and Hero Save Mart outlets only. 
• The Hero Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of card activation.   
• Activation of the Gift Card is required and can be completed through (1) our website (2) the HeroMarket mobile app or at (3) customer service counter  
• If the total value of goods purchased is less than the value of the Gift Card, no refund or balance will be given for the unused amount.  
• If the total value of goods purchased exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the bearer using other accepted payment methods.  
• The Gift Card must be presented at the point of payment and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.  
• HeroMarket reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
